Suede is just a different finish of leather, I like both but suede tends to need a little more up-keep - it doesn’t go well in wet weather and if it’s in a dark colour you notice everrry little speck of dust. If you’re looking at boots, I’d say go for regular leather if you want them for a more causal purpose and you don’t want to have to worry about walking in water or cleaning dust off them all the time, you can just polish them every other wear and they’ll fair much better. But if not and you prefer suede and don’t mind looking after it, it definitely looks just as nice!
